Please complete a separate registration form for each participant. 

Registration is only valid for the congress.

Accommodation must be booked separately at the hotel.

Accommodation

Rooms can only be booked at fixed rates until 20 March 2026:

  • PLN 600,- per night incl. breakfast for a single room
  • PLN 665,- per night incl. breakfast for a double room

After that date; rooms can be booked with a 15% discount on the daily rate.
