Women in Ag Award

The role of women in agriculture, in the agribusiness and in the agricultural sciences is changing worldwide. The Women in Ag Awards pay tribute to this commitment and tell the stories behind these inspiring women.

For the fifth time, we are organizing this competition together with the “Women in Ag magazine”, which gives women from all over the world the opportunity to tell their stories and present their impressive achievements. In recent years, women from more than 80 countries have applied, and they all have one thing in common: they are heard and build a strong network that supports and connects them. The DLG’s Female Agri Fellows Network is also part of this growing ecosystem, offering women in agriculture lasting opportunities for exchange and visibility.

More and more women around the world are actively shaping the future of the agricultural sector.

The award recognizes women who are making a lasting impact on agriculture with new ideas and innovative approaches.

Winners are given a platform to make their success visible and to network globally with experts.

The international prize is awarded jointly by “Women in Ag magazine” and the DLG in four categories and is presented at AGRITECHNICA or EuroTier.

Categories

The “Women in Ag Award” is presented in four categories to the top three winners in each.
