Our task is to address current issues relating to crop protection and to develop appropriate solutions.
We are committed to sustainable agriculture in the area of crop protection. Important topics such as integrated crop protection, active ingredient diversity and resistance management as well as political developments are examined and analysed by experts, as are specific questions on new crop protection methods.
The DLG Committee for Crop Protection
The DLG Committee for Crop Protection sees itself as an expert committee made up of representatives from different interest groups – practitioners, advisors, scientists – that discusses the technical basis for sustainable and future-proof crop protection and critically monitors and evaluates progress. We address current topics in committee meetings and prepare impulse forums at events such as the DLG Winter Conference. This often takes place as a joint meeting with other DLG committees, as the interactions between variety selection, fertiliser and crop protection intensity play a decisive role.
