Non-Alcoholic Beverages and Hot Beverages

New consumer expectations and product innovations characterise the markets for non-alcoholic beverages. With our quality and specialised work, we promote the diversity and sustainability of non-alcoholic beverages such as fruit juices, tea, coffee and mineral water.

Through quality programmes and certifications, the Committee for Non- Alcoholic Beverages and Hot Beverages helps to guarantee consumers high-quality products while promoting innovation, tradition and consumer protection in the beverage industry. In addition to focusing on specialised areas such as sustainable production and the

sensory profiling of non-alcoholic beverages, the quality of fruit juices, tea, coffee and mineral water is promoted in our renowned annual DLG quality tests. The previous Commission for Non-Alcoholic Beverages was transferred to the DLG Committee "Non- Alcoholic Beverages and Hot Beverages" at the beginning of 2024.
