The DLG Technicians’ Conference is the leading professional event for crop field trials and experimental work in crop production in Germany and across Europe. On 26 and 27 January 2027, field trial technicians, trial practitioners, researchers, and manufacturers of trial equipment will gather at the Eilenriede Hall of the Hanover Congress Center to exchange knowledge and discuss current developments in the field.
The conference offers a broad spectrum of topics, ranging from technical innovations and software solutions for field assessments to field equipment and protective systems. Leading manufacturers will showcase their latest developments in the accompanying technology exhibition and present state-of-the-art machinery and equipment on site.
The comprehensive conference programme features numerous technical presentations covering all aspects of field trial management and crop production research. The event addresses all professional levels involved in field trials—from laboratory technicians and plant technologists to station managers and senior trial specialists. Its objective is to strengthen mutual understanding of workflows, processes, and interrelationships within trial stations and experimental facilities.
