Countdown to the First Systems & Components Forestry as Part of INTERFORST 2026
INTERFORST Munich, 15-18 October 2026 - Systems & Components Forestry - Added value for OEM designers, developers and procurement professionals - Dedicated platform for direct exchange with suppliers of systems and components for innovative forestry technology - systems-components-forestry
For nearly 15 years, Systems & Components has been an integral part of Agritechnica. In 2026, the B2B marketplace for the international supplier industry will also include forestry technology. Under the name "Systems & Components Forestry by DLG", the new platform will celebrate its premiere from 15 to 18 October at INTERFORST in Munich, Germany. The new exhibition area in Hall B6 is a joint initiative of Messe München and DLG (German Agricultural Society).
The exhibition area brings together manufacturers and suppliers with OEM developers, engineers, designers, system integrators and procurement managers. The focus is on components and system solutions that support the interaction of modern forestry machinery systems and contribute to greater efficiency, performance and sustainability.
From companies including AGCO Power, HYDAC International, Kubota Engines and Sauer Bibus, suppliers to the mobile machinery sector will showcase their products and services in the Systems & Components Forestry area and look forward to direct exchange with interested OEMs. Additional exhibitors from the forestry technology sector will present their solutions in the outdoor exhibition area of INTERFORST.
Technical programme on digital applications and robotics
On 17 October, the Systems & Components Forestry offering will be expanded through a series of expert presentations organised in cooperation with the Kuratorium für Waldarbeit und Forsttechnik e. V. (KWF). The programme will highlight current trends and technological developments in the forestry sector, including:
"From Sensor to System: Tailor-Made Microelectronic Solutions for Digital Forestry Applications" (Fraunhofer IIS)
"AI in Forestry: A Revolution" (Kuratorium für Waldarbeit und Forsttechnik e. V.)
"Autonomous Robotics in Forestry" (Autonomous Mobile Robotics Lab, HAWK Göttingen)
The presentations will take place in the INTERFORST congress and forum area.
Networking at the DLG stand
Personal interaction is also a key element of the concept. On 15 October, DLG invites visitors to an informal networking event from 3:00 p.m. at Stand B6 | 235. In a relaxed atmosphere with beer and pretzels, forestry machinery manufacturers, suppliers and other industry professionals will have the opportunity to establish contacts and exchange views on current developments in the sector.
