DLG Markets to Showcase Global Strategy and Innovation at AFTEA 2025 in Singapore_

4–6 November 2025, Singapore – Content and business partner for agricultural and food systems development – Inhouse Farming Feed & Food Show – AGRITECHNICA Asia 2026

At the upcoming Agri-Food Tech Expo Asia (AFTEA) in Singapore, 4–6 November 2025, DLG Markets will be present as the international partner of the trade show, reinforcing its role as the international content and business partner for agricultural and food systems development. AFTEA, organized in collaboration with Constellar and DLG (German Agricultural Society), is positioned as Asia’s leading platform for agri-food tech innovation.

Over the three days at AFTEA, DLG Markets will demonstrate its international project work, illustrating how it drives transformation initiatives, innovation networks, and cross-border collaboration in the agri-food sector, including the most recent: indoor farming. The organisation’s global projects—from capacity building to sustainability programs – serve as a bridge between technology providers, policymakers and agricultural communities across continents.

Inhouse Farming: a core pillar in EuroTier 2026

One of DLG’s signature initiatives, Inhouse Farming – Feed & Food Show, will take center stage in the upcoming EuroTier, 10–13 November 2026, the world's leading trade fair for animal farming and livestock management, in Hanover, Germany, as part of its broader vision to integrate Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA), vertical farming, alternative proteins and circular food systems. At AFTEA, DLG Markets will present hands-on insights as well as its Inhouse Farming – Feed & Food Show format, which is poised to become the global meeting place for future food systems.

Innovating the Future of Food: DLG showcases scientific partnerships and start-up excellence at AFTEA

In Singapore on 6 November 2025, DLG will contribute a dedicated session that presents the global scientific efforts to advance sustainable food systems. The presentation will introduce two innovative research projects by TUMCREATE, a platform created to facilitate research collaborations between Singapore and the Technical University of Munich. The projects “Proteins4Singapore” and “AquaCycle”, which focus on developing high-value protein sources and transforming aquaculture waste into nutritious food ingredients. These initiatives exemplify the need for international collaboration in building resilient, resource-efficient solutions for future food production. This expert session reflects DLG’s strategic commitment to fostering global partnerships in science and innovation, its non-profit aim since 1885.

DLG will also be represented in the Agri-Food Tech World Championship, AFTEA’s flagship start-up competition. The event brings together emerging ventures in agri-tech, aqua-tech, alternative proteins, and sustainability to pitch their innovations to a panel of leading investors and industry experts. Through its expertise in this area, DLG supports the identification and advancement of transformative technologies that are redefining the future of food.

Looking Ahead: Agritechnica Asia 2026

Looking ahead, DLG Markets will also present Agritechnica Asia 2026, a key event in DLG’s trade fair portfolio in Asia. After a successful launch in Vietnam in 2025, the event will alternate with Thailand, returning to Bangkok from 20 to 22 May 2026, pairing agricultural machinery innovations with regional priorities in Southeast Asia. The trade show is organised by DLG Markets Asia Pacific, a subsidiary of DLG Markets. DLG Markets aims to link regional market needs with global technological trends, offering a platform for machinery manufacturers, agribusinesses, and farming professionals to engage directly.

DLG Markets: Content, Strategy and Partnership

As a content and strategy partner, DLG Markets offers more than exhibition presence: it curates conference programs, fosters international networks, supports matchmaking, and ensures that trade fairs reflect agri-food challenges and opportunities. With its participation in AFTEA 2025, DLG Markets reinforces its commitment to bridging Asian and global agri-food innovation landscapes.
