(DLG). From Argentina to Uzbekistan, DLG Markets is presenting its international portfolio of regional agricultural trade fairs, market exploration trips and international competencies at Agritechnica 2025. Visitors and exhibitors can explore the 31 trade fair and event platforms in 16 countries that bring farm knowledge, innovation, and investment opportunities directly to farmers and stakeholders in key local markets. The full portfolio of services will be on display at the DLG Markets stand in Hall 24.
DLG Markets GmbH was announced in August 2025 through the merger of DLG Service GmbH and DLG International’s event activities, both subsidiaries of the DLG (German Agricultural Society) — a society with a history spanning well over one hundred years. The aim: to create a future-ready, unified platform for organizing trade fairs, conferences, and international projects. This strategic realignment consolidates DLG’s global exhibition expertise under one roof, enabling faster, more efficient service for partners and clients worldwide.
With the motto “Your Gate to the World of Agriculture,” DLG Markets is a global partner for companies and organizations in the agrifood sector. Its strength lies in a powerful international network, innovative industry solutions, and deep expertise in agriculture and food. DLG Markets connects people, organizations, and markets through a wide range of services — from trade fairs and conferences to bilateral cooperation projects, training programs, and demonstration farms.
The 2026 calendar reflects the global reach of DLG Markets, with 31 events across 16 countries. Alongside major agricultural hubs like Germany, Canada, and Turkey, the portfolio includes events in distinctive markets such as Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Malta, Saudi Arabia and Uzbekistan. Further locations with relevance in the agrifood sector — including the AlgaEurope Conference in Malta, AGRITECHNICA ASIA and Seagriculture World in Thailand, and FutureAG powered by Agritechnica in Australia and Seagriculture in Sweden. The events, which include traditional DLG hubs like Poland and Romania, span the full spectrum of agricultural production — from arable and livestock farming to indoor and controlled-environment agriculture — offering exhibitors and visitors direct access to local farming communities, technologies, and investment opportunities.
In addition to trade fairs, DLG Markets organizes market exploration trips for companies and farming professionals seeking to understand new regions. These guided visits offer first-hand insights into local farming practices, value chains, and business environments, helping participants assess market potential and build strategic partnerships. Recent tours have included visits to farms, cooperatives, and agribusiness hubs in Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe, and Latin America.
What sets DLG Markets apart is its access to DLG’s international network of more than 3,000 agricultural and food experts. This global knowledge base ensures that every event and tour is rooted in expert insight and tailored to the practical needs of farmers and agribusinesses. Whether it’s a trade fair in Central Asia or a study tour in South America, DLG Markets delivers content that is both technically sound and directly applicable on the farm.
“We have now successfully established DLG Markets, and at Agritechnica we will be presenting our full range of platforms in regions where local farmers can obtain technical and practical farm knowledge to develop their business. These events are a tremendous help for investment decisions,” said Jens Kremer, managing director, DLG Markets.
“The DLG has built a wide international network of agricultural and food specialists over many years. As an independent society, we have direct access to practical farming professionals and techniques. Our international partners benefit from this unique combination of expertise and hands-on knowledge.” Tobias Eichberg
All 31 events planned for 2026 can be viewed at the DLG Markets booth in Hall 24, located next to the DLG stand. DLG Markets experts will be available to provide tailored advice on international partnerships, market entry strategies, and cooperation opportunities.
