Starting this Sunday, from 9 to 15 November 2025, Agritechnica — the world’s leading trade fair for agricultural machinery — will take place at the exhibition grounds in Hanover, Germany. Organized by the DLG (German Agricultural Society), the exhibition brings together some 2,800 exhibitors from more than 50 countries and is set to welcome 430,000 visitors. Across 23 fully booked halls, companies will present innovations in agricultural machinery, digital technologies and connected farming systems. The trade fair addresses current industry challenges and opportunities under the guiding theme “Touch Smart Efficiency”. This year, the trade fair launches with a newly structured program of themed and specialist days. Under the slogan “7 Days – 7 Topics”, Agritechnica addresses focused visitor interests with topic-specific exhibition days tailored to different professional groups. Also new for 2025 is the Digital Farm Center in Hall 21, attracting more than 150 exhibitors. With more than 400 speakers, the technical program offers a wide range of talks, discussions, and networking opportunities. The seven-day event is complemented by Systems & Components – the B2B marketplace for the international agricultural machinery supply industry and the broader off-highway sector – located in Halls 15, 16, and 17.
Agritechnica is the world’s leading trade fair for agricultural machinery, bringing together exhibitors from over 52 countries. All globally leading agricultural machinery companies are represented at this international meeting place for decision-makers. The event offers the most comprehensive and broad exhibition program for international arable and crop production – from crop sprayers to drones, tractors to autonomous equipment systems, combine harvesters to digital assistance tools.
New Themed Days: “7 Days – 7 Topics” at Agritechnica 2025
Under the slogan “7 Days – 7 Topics”, the world’s leading trade fair tailors each exhibition day to particular professional visitor groups. The trade fair opens on Sunday, 9 November, with the Innovation and Press Day, followed by the Agribusiness Days on Monday, 10 November, and Tuesday, 11 November, which focus on dealers, contractors, and large-scale farms. Wednesday, 12 November, is dedicated to the International Farmers Day, with special attention to Canada, the Czech Republic and France. On Thursday, 13 November, the “Digital Farm Day” explores topics in digital agriculture. Friday, 14 November, features the “Young Professionals Day”, culminating in the “Young Farmers Party”, which will take place on Friday evening. The event concludes on Saturday, 15 November, with the themed day “Celebrate Farming”, traditionally marked by a parade of all the tractors sounding their horns as they roll out of the halls.
Digital Farm Center to Premiere at Agritechnica
In line with this year’s guiding theme “Touch Smart Efficiency”, the Digital Farm Centerhttps://www.agritechnica.com/en/programme/digital-farm-center will make its debut at the world’s leading trade fair for agricultural machinery. This new feature in Hall 21 showcases trends and innovations in robotics, artificial intelligence, automation, and smart farming in crop production. The center is aimed at farmers, contractors, consultants, manufacturers, start-ups, and technology providers. A central hub in Hall 21 for researchers, engineers, and investors, the digital farm center offers networking, knowledge exchange, and insights into forward-looking technologies. The exhibition area is clearly structured into four thematic zones: GPS and guidance systems, robotics and drones, sensor technology, and software solutions.
International Technical Program: DLG Expert Stages, Pop-up Talks and DLG Spotlights
Discussions and presentations as part of Agritechnica 2025’s technical programwill take place across five “expert stages”:

-DLG Spotlight “Soil Health” (Hall 24): Focused on soil stability, biodiversity, permanent cover, and living roots – essential foundations for sustainable soil health.
-DLG Spotlight “Workshop Live” (Hall 2): Live repair demonstrations showcase the versatility, complexity and future viability of the agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics profession.
International Awards for Pioneering Agricultural Technology
As part of Agritechnica and the parallel Systems & Components exhibition, the DLG presents three prestigious awards for groundbreaking innovations and concepts in international agricultural technology: the Innovation Award Agritechnica in gold and silver for outstanding technical farm machinery innovations, the Systems & Components Trophy – Engineers’ Choice for innovative systems and components, and the DLG-Agrifuture Concept Winner for visionary future concepts in agricultural technology. The awards will be presented during Agritechnica.
Services for the International Agricultural Machinery Trade
Agritechnica 2025 offers expanded services and information for the agricultural machinery trade. For the first time, dealers have the opportunity to be listed on the event website and in the exhibition app. Registration is available via [link]. Also new is the Business Matchmaking format, which facilitates targeted connections between dealers and exhibitors, supporting the development of valuable business relationships.
A Perfect Complement: Systems & Components
Held in parallel with Agritechnica, Systems & Components serves as the B2B marketplace for the international agricultural machinery supply industry and the off-highway sector. Under the guiding theme “Touch Smart Efficiency”, engineers, developers, researchers, procurement managers, dealers, spare parts managers, OEMs, and industry associations come together to explore the latest developments and innovations in components for agricultural machinery and related sectors. Key topics include environment and safety, innovative drive technologies, connectivity and automation, and digital services. New additions to the programme include sessions for Young Engineers and Women in Engineering on Young Professionals Day.
Agritechnica App: Always Up to Date
The new Agritechnica app is essential for all visitors to Agritechnica 2025 and the ideal companion for attending the trade fair. It offers a user-friendly exhibitor and product search with additional information, as well as an integrated site map. The app also provides the current event schedule with all programme highlights. Purchase Tickets in the Online Ticket Shop
Visitors can purchase their tickets in the Agritechnica 2025 ticket shop. From Wednesday, 12 November to Saturday, 15 November, a ticket costs 29 Euros. Tickets for the Innovation and Press Day (Sunday, 9 November) cost 63 Euros, and tickets for the two Agribusiness Days (Monday and Tuesday, 10 and 11 November) cost 149 Euros on each day. Ticket availability for the latter two days is limited.
Free Hannover-region Travel to the Trade Fair
Travel to the exhibition grounds is convenient by train, bus, or car. During Agritechnica, selected trains stop directly at the “Hannover Messe Laatzen” station, which is only about a five-minute walk from the West 1 entrance. FlixTrain connections are also available.
New This Year: For visitors, the exhibition ticket is valid on the day until 5 a.m. the following day as a travel pass for all public transport (2nd class) within the entire ÜSTRA fare zone (zones A, B, and C). This makes travel within the Hannover region comfortable while public transport makes a contribution to the enviroment. For visitors arriving by car, parking is available around the exhibition grounds.
