Open Forum for knowledge sharing

Every year DLG organizes a number of events for the food industry in which the latest professional knowledge is transferred and new solutions are developed. Speakers from the fields of research and practice present their know-how and discuss the challenges facing the industry with the participants.

In this way an interdisciplinary, forward-looking forum for knowledge sharing between participants from the fields of research, practice, policy-making, public authorities and trade associations evolves.

The focus is on themes from the fields of innovation, the food chain, food technology and food sensory analysis.
