AgroSpring 2021 in Ukraine: successful trade fair despite the coronavirus

Specialist international trade fair AgroSpring took place at the IEC trade fair grounds in Kiev from 16 to 18 February 2021. Exhibitors are calling it a complete success despite the strict hygiene measures.

Over 250 companies presented a vast array of products and services surrounding modern animal production and husbandry as well as agricultural machinery. In total, the trade fair attracted over 11,000 professional visitors. Besides a wide range of Ukrainian manufacturers and dealers, technologies from a further 7 countries were on show, including Germany, France, the Netherlands, Austria and Denmark, in the context of country pavilions.

DLG Ukraine and IFWexpo Heidelberg, subsidiaries of DLG International, organised the official communal stands for Germany and the Netherlands, with 19 and 7 exhibitors respectively, at AgroSpring. Visitors and exhibitors were also able to obtain information about DLG trade fairs that are organised globally. Focus was on AGRITECHNICA 2021 as the world's leading trade fair for agricultural machinery.

With its three sub-brands, Agro Animal Show, GrainTech Expo and Fruits, Vegetables & Logistics, AgroSpring is the most important indoor trade fair for animal production, cereal production and horticulture in Ukraine. The next AgroSpring is scheduled to take place again at the IEC in Kiev in February 2022.
