The DLG Quality Test for Ice Cream is accredited in accordance with international norms. In the tests each product is tested in accordance with scientific quality standards and an expert report is produced.

appearance, structure, taste
- Analytical parameters (e.g. germ count, dry matter, fat content)
Ice cream that passes the DLG tests receives the “DLG award winner” medal in Gold, Silver or Bronze.
