

Products from nearly all food segments have gained awards, including meat and sausage products, bakery products, fish and frozen products, ready dishes, as well as fruit beverages, beers and wines.
All products have satisfied the DLG sensory quality criteria and complied with other test parameters in the laboratory and packaging checks particularly well. The DLG tests focus on assessing the odour, appearance and taste of the foods, in other words on assessing the end products.
The panel of testers at the Test Center Food is made up of sensory experts with experience in assessing the quality of organic foods.
Depending on the number of scores achieved, the organic products are awarded DLG Medals in Bronze, Silver or Gold.
