The bpt (Bundesverband Praktizierender Tierärzte - Federal Association of Practising Veterinarians) and DLG (Deutsche Landwirtschafts-Gesellschaft – German Agricultural Society) have resolved to continue their cooperation launched in 2008 and 2010 on a long-term basis. The bpt Congresses will be held in Hanover to coincide with the respective EuroTier exhibitions again in the years 2012, 21014 and 2016. The successful cooperation so far resulted in record participation by veterinarians at both the bpt Congress and the EuroTier exhibition. “Both events with their specific information programmes are indispensable for veterinarians and can be managed with just one trip – that is efficient!”, explained bpt General Manager Heiko Färber and the Managing Director of DLG’s Exhibitions Department Dr. Jochen Köckler recently on signing the contract in Frankfurt am Main.
