We shall send you the confirmation of re gistration and the invoice on receipt of your registration form. In the event of cancellation of the registration up to 7 days before the event a processing charge of Euro 50.- will be billed. The full fee is payable for cancellations after this date or in the event of non-appearance of the participant. Substitute participants may be nominated.
