DLG Quality Competitions for Ready Dishes, Frozen Food, Delicatessen and Fresh Meat in self-service packages and raw fish products
Consumer wishes are diverse and depend on specific situations. One trend all over Europe is set by convenience food products, already prepared for eating or nearly ready to eat. These products satisfy consumers' needs for time-saving eating or snacks. In addition, food products that represent a special eating experience, "delicatessen" foods, are preferred. Such products are made out of special raw materials and have gone through a typical processing and packaging process.
