DLG has been the leader in quality assessment of foods for 120 years. The DLG Test Center assesses some 2,500 products in the fields of bread, fancy pastries, cereal foods and confectionery products every year. The award-winning products must satisfy the DLG quality criteria outstandingly and be sound in all sensory aspects. Consequently only top products from the national and international bakery product sectors can gain a “DLG Award”.

DLG Test Centre Food
The DLG Test Centre Food is responsible for performing all quality tests of foods at DLG. The aim is to achieve impartial and independent testing of products, processes and persons (DLG Tester Pass) in accordance with the latest methods. The DLG (Certification Unit)is accredited in accordance with the international standards DIN EN 450 11 and ISO 17024.
