

The DLG Test Center Food analysed and assessed coffee or coffee products. Manufacturers from Germany and Europe can submit products to the international quality test for coffee. The tests are divided into a sensory part in which the samples are tasted “incognito”, and a chemical part.

Depending on the number of scores achieved, the coffee or coffee products are awarded DLG Medals in Bronze, Silver or Gold.
