FRANKFURT/MAIN, Germany, June 16, 2016 – DLG (the German Agricultural Society) had taken a stand at one of the largest agricultural fairs in North-eastern Europe earlier this month to promote its EuroTier exhibition, which takes place later this year.
Held from 7 to 11 June, Belagro is held in the Belarusian capital, Minsk, which is centrally located in the landlocked country that’s bordered by Russia to the northeast, Ukraine to the south, Poland to the west, and Lithuania and Latvia to the northwest.
Being held for the 26th time, the Belagro exhibition is the largest in Belarus, covering and area of over 30,000 square meters. It attracted tens of thousands of Belarus visitors, who came to see the exhibitors that attend from all sectors of the agricultural industry.
The EuroTier stand at Belagro was well attended, as DLG’s staff worked to promote visits to Germany to farmers from across Belarus and the Baltic states.
Held at Hanover, Germany, from 15 to 18 November, 2016, EuroTier expect to host more than 2,500 exhibitors from 50 countries, securing its position as one of the world’s leading trade fair for animal production. The event has established a well-deserved reputation as the meeting place for farming experts involved in the livestock sector.
